Use this form to request a commissioned piece from me. I will reach out within a week of submitting a request to inform you if I have accepted the commission request - I reserve the right to decline requests for commissioned items I find inappropriate, beyond the scope of my skills, or that do not fit with my current artistic interests.

After accepting a commission request, I will be in touch to discuss the idea further and nail down details and generate a quoted price. I require a non-refundable deposit of $25 or 25% of the quoted price, whichever is higher, to reserve a commission slot. The deposit will be subtracted from the final cost.
